All of the above will be included in an up-front payment of £450 + VAT (excluding any Court fee)
The above fixed fee of £450 + VAT may increase in cases where the Tenant(s) is:
(i) Pursuing a counter-claim against the Landlord
(ii) Making allegations of disrepair against the Landlord
(iii) Alleging failures to register the deposit by the Landlord
(iv) Alleging failures to provide health and safety certificates
(v) Has made complaints to the local authority
(i) Advice and preparation of Section 21 Notice – £130.20 + £60 = £190.20
(ii) Advice and preparation of Section 8 Notice – £130.20 + £60 = £190.20
Following the expiry of the Notice(s), preparation of Witness Statements, Claim Form, Particulars of Claim and the Statement of Costs is usually another 2 to 2.5 hours of work – £434.00 to £542.50 + VAT.
All fees quotes will be subject to reviewing papers, and, where Claims are defended, we will agree fees with you on a case by case basis.
