Accelerated Possession Procedure (Section 21 Housing Act 1988)

  • Notice seeking possession at the end of tenancy (including Letter Before Action) – £25 plus VAT
  • Prepare and conduct Accelerated Possession Proceedings – £240 plus VAT + £355 Court Fee

Standard Possession Procedure (Section 8 Housing Act 1988)

  • Notice seeking possession on basis of rent arrears or other breach of the tenancy agreement (including Letter Before Action) – £25 plus VAT (£30)
  • Prepare and conduct Standard Possession Proceedings (including representation at Court) – £300 plus VAT + £355 Court fee


  • Instruct bailiffs – £50 plus VAT (£60) + £110 Court fee

All fees quotes will be subject to reviewing papers, and, where Claims are defended, we will agree fees with you on a case by case basis.
